If you're moving to a new location you must update your communication address in your bank for future communication. The address is essential in the banking process. If your request the new pin, new ATM card, credit card, etc. from your bank they can send it through the post or courier. So proper address is essential otherwise you miss belongs at the correct time some time it will take a long time to reach.
In this post, I will explain how to update your communication address on your ICICI bank through internet banking. For this process, you need the internet banking username and password.
How to Change your Address on your ICICI Bank
Open your web browser on your computer or mobile.
Go to www.icicibank.com and click the login button to open the login page.
In that, you must enter the Username and Password.
After login on the right side of the page, you can see the services heading below that you can see the Change address option-click to open that.
Now it will take to the Address Change page. Here you can see the current address and below you can see the form.
First, you must select the proof you provided for address change. ICICI bank gives the list proof using that you can change your address.
You can use the Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Voter ID, Passport, NREGA Card as proof to change your new address. In these five options, you must select the correct address proof document to submit.
The next option you must upload the scanned copy of the proof you submit for address change. You can take a photo on your mobile phone also upload it. Import thing you must upload front and backside of the document.
Now you must enter the detail below what detail is present in your document. If you wrongly enter the details they will reject the address change process.
After entering all the detail select the check box given below and click the preview final address button.
Check your address is correct and they send the ICICI bank send OTP to your registered mobile number to verify this process and finally click submit button to finish the address change process.
It will take a maximum of two days to verify your address and update your account.
