How to Update Axis Bank Address Using Mobile App

Communication Address is essential for the Banking process. If a Bank official wants to communicate with you with help of your address what you give in the bank. If a bank wants to send a bank statement, ATM PIN, ATM Card, Credit Card all sent through the Postal Letter so proper address is important for the bank wants to communicate with you. So Communication addresses a major thing in the Bank process.

At the time of Account opening, you will give the proof of document for your address communication that address will present in your bank account. After some year you will move to the new address location you must update your communication address in your bank.

Here I will explain how to update new communication addresses in Axis Bank online. I will show you how to change your address on the Axis Bank mobile app.

Open your Axis Bank mobile app. Select the Account option presented in the Quick Links or Products section and you can use the My Detail option presented on the Services tab.

Using My Detail option:

If you select my detail option it will show your detail name, phone number, email address.

Just select which address you want to change permanent or communication address.

After selecting it will move to the next screen in that you will see what are proofs accepted for address change.

If you have any one of proof with correct address then click the proceed button to move to address change page.

Now select which address you want to change Communication address or Permanent Address.

After select you must select which Proof you give for address correction Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving Licence.

If you give Aadhaar card you must give your Aadhaar Number now Aadhaar Address will be taken for a new address change.

If you select Driving Licence or Voter ID card you must upload the front and backside of the address proof and submit it for the address change process.

Using Account option:

After selecting an account it will show your account balance detail below the screen you will see the services option.

Just tap the service option go to the services page you will see the Update Address option.

Select the Update Address option to move to the next screen in that you will see what are proofs accepted for address change.

If you have any one of proof with correct address then click the proceed but to move to address change page.

Now select which address you want to change Communication address or Permanent Address.

After select you must select which Proof you give for address correction Aadhaar, Voter ID, Driving Licence.

If you give Aadhaar card you must give your Aadhaar Number now Aadhaar Address will be taken for a new address change.
