But your send document will present in their inbox until they delete that email on their account. In any case in the future they can misuse your documents and your email you send before. So how to solve this problem.

I will give some simple tips for this, how to delete the send email automatically on the receiver's inbox. You can take simple steps before you send the email to others on your email compose screen. Follow the steps below.

Login to your Gmail account and click the compose button to open the email compose window.

For Desktop: sees below on the compose window near to the send button lock icon. I showed them below.

Just click the lock icon to open the confidential option window in that you will see the dropdown in that you will set the expired date for email to delete on the receiver inbox. Timing should be 1 day, 1 week 1 month, 3 months, and 5 years.

Moreover, you can set a password for your email . Gmail will send the password in sms at the time of opening email on receiver side.

After setting the expired date for your email and sending the email once the expired reach email will automatically be deleted from the receiver inbox.

For Mobile: after opening the compose window in you mail Gmaill app you can see the three-dot option top right corner of the screen.

Just tap the three dots option new option will open on your screen in that you will see the Confidential mode option just tap that option to open that confidential option same step above I mention on Gmail web.
