Facebook added the Watch Together option for android and iOS app users. Now the entire world in the lock down for the past few months. Due to this COVID 19 pandemic. Most of the conversation happens to throw the video call. Education, Meetings, Business, Work all happens to throw the online video calls.
Moreover, entertainment also runs throw the online. Now movies are watching throw the online OTT platforms. TV shows, Movies, and Serial people all are watching throw the mobile online.
Now people miss the fun watch movies and video sitting to gather. Due to this pandemic, people are in the home it is self not able to meet their friends to enjoy the favourite show and movie.
Facebook Messenger solves this by adding the new option called Watch to gather to spend quality time with friends and loved ones feel as close to an in-person experience as possible. Whether it’s watching a trending video, a movie, a sports highlight, a makeup tutorial, or a Facebook Watch original, the feature allows you to watch your friends’ reactions at the same time.
Getting started with Watch Together is quite simple. All you have to do is start a Messenger video call or create a Messenger Room. Once you have done that, swipe up to access the menu and choose Watch Together. You can either choose the content from one of the categories or use the search bar to find what you’re planning to watch.
Facebook mentions that you can watch videos with up to eight people on a Messenger video call. When it comes to Messenger Rooms, you can enjoy videos with up to 50 people.
Messenger’s Watch Together is now available on Android and iOS. In case you’re not seeing it, make sure that your Messenger app is updated to the latest version available on Play Store and App Store.
