Apple gives the Dictation option in iPhone to convert your voice to text no need to type in your iPhone. Just click the Dictation mic icon to start speaking it will automatically convert your speech to words. It will easy for users who keyboard daily for a long time.
Default this option will disable on your iPhone. If you want to enable this option on your iPhone follows these steps.
Open the settings option on your iPhone and scroll down and select the general option.
Now the general options screen will open in that screen scroll down and see the Keyboard option.
Just tap the keyboard option to open that screen now scroll bottom you will see the Enable Dictation option.
If you do not enable this just tap the toggle button to enable the Dictation option.
You already enable it you want to disable the option just tap the toggle button to disable it.
