Here I'll explain how to recover your deleted images or videos on Instagram. If you deleted your files on Instagram that file moves to the trash folder named as a Recently deleted. They keep the file for 30days after that they will delete the file permanently. Before that, you can restore your file otherwise not possible to get it back.
How to recover your deleted file:
Step 1: Open the Instagram app and select the Menu option present at the top right side of the screen.
Step 2: In that menu option select Settings -> Accounts -> Recently Deleted there you can find the recently deleted file.
Step 3: If you want to restore it back just select the file and open it to a new screen in that screen more options like three-dot option.
Step 4: Just tap to select that new popup option will open.
Step 5: Just select to restore your file.
