If you receive a dozen of WhatsApp messages regularly, you would probably have many times forgotten to reply to a message and later regret not responding to important ones. Thankfully, WhatsApp provides an option to mark chats as 'unread' to help us remind us to reply to the messages we have left seen.
How to Unread Chat on WhatsApp Android:
Step 1:Open the WhatsApp app on your Android Mobile.
Step 2:Select which chat you want to unread and long-press that particular chat three-dot option will appear on the top right side of the screen.
Step 3:Tap that three-dot to open the dropdown in that select Mark as Unread to unread that chat.
How to Unread Chat on WhatsApp iOS:
Step 1:Open the WhatsApp app on your iOS Mobile.
Step 2:Select which chat you want to unread and long-press that particular chat that chat gets highlighted and the popup menu will open below.
Step 3:Tap that select Mark as Unread to unread that chat.
Now that chat is unread green color dot will appear on that chat. Normally message count will come in that particular place only background color will come.
