How to Receive Money From other country in India Using Google Pay

Starting today, Google Pay users in the U.S. will be able to send money to Google Pay users in India and Singapore, thanks to a new integration with Western Union and Wise. By the end of the year, we expect that U.S. Google Pay users will be able to send money to people in more than 200 countries and territories through Western Union and to more than 80 countries through Wise.

How to Send Money:

Step 1: Open the Google Pay app.

Step 2: Search for the contact in India or Singapore you want to send money to.

Step 3: Tap Pay.

Step 4: Select Western Union or Wise.

• If you don’t already have an account with one of these partners, you can follow the onscreen instructions to create one.
• Google Pay is the default payment method for Wise.

Step 5: For Western Union, tap Google Pay under “How you would like to pay.”

Step 6: If you haven’t sent money to this person before, add their payment details.

Step 7: When the transaction is complete, you get a status message in your conversation.

• You might be asked to verify your identity through Western Union or Wise during the transaction process.
