iOS 15 come with a new feature you can play background sounds on your iPhone repeatedly they added a few sounds like sea waves sound, rain sound, etc. It will give a pleasant feeling to you at meditation time, yoga time, and time you need mind relaxation.
Option 1:
Steps 1:Open Settings -> Accessibility -> Audio/Visual -> Background Sounds.
Steps 2:Now toggle the button to play the Sound.
Steps 3:Below you can choose what Sound you want to play.
Steps 4:Also, you adjust the sound volume and a few more controls on play background sound are given below.
Option 2:
Steps 1:The shortcut for Background Sound just swipes the screen from bottom to open control center.
Steps 2:Just tap the Ear icon to open the Sound option you can on the BG sound.
Steps 3:There itself provides the option for Volume Control, Sound Selection, and Off.
