In all smartphones, you see the camera option on the lock screen. If your phone is locked at the time you want to capture or record video on your phone you can select eh camera to open and take snaps or record video. You can disable this option on your iPhone. Open Setting apps on iPhone.
Select Screen Time -> Content & Privacy Restrictions -> Allowed Apps.
Now select the toggle option near the camera icon to disable the camera option on iPhone locked screen.
