MS Office Word has the feature you can convert your speech to text format on the MS office online version. For this process, you need an outlook account if you already have the account you can use that. otherwise, you must create one account link here. It is just like an email account like Gmail.
First login to your Outlook account and open the Word by clicking the app's icon on the top left corner of the screen or in the side menu.
After opening Word, create the new document and now you see the Dictate option on the toolbar I show in the below screen.
Just click the Dictate option dropdown will open you will select the Dictate option present at first.
Now they will ask the Mic permission you must give the Mic permission first and then start taking. Default it will convert the speech to text in English. If you want to change the language, click the setting icon and change the input language.
