How to React to Chat Messages on Instagram

To react to messages on Instagram, you can use either the mobile app or the website.

Mobile App

Step 1:Open the Instagram app and go to the Direct Messages (DM) section.

How to Change the Default Emoji Reaction

You can change the default emoji reaction for messages on Instagram. To do this, follow these steps:

Step 1:Open the Instagram app and go to the Settings section.

Step 2:Tap on the Account tab.

Step 3:Tap on the Privacy & Security tab.

Step 4:Tap on Direct Messages.

Step 5:Tap on Reaction Stickers.
